-10 crabs
-350 gr of rice
-2 spoons olive oil
-1 large onion
-2 green chilies
-1/2 teaspoon of paprika
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 bay leaves
-3 potatoes
-2 carrots
-Juice of lemon
-1/2 tube tomato puree
-Curry paste/powder
Prepare ingredients - chop onions , chili and garlic,
brush the crab and put lemon juice
cut crab in pieces and measure out spices intro a saucer.
Heat oil in a large pan.
Put onion, chili and garlic in pan and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Turn up heat under pan and add crab pieces.
Add curry paste stir thoroughly
When the crabs are browned, add the spices and mix thoroughly.
Add carrots and potatoes.
Add tomato puree, stir thoroughly and take off heat.
Stir in thoroughly and add lemon juice,
Put back on a low heat and simmer gently for 1 hour
Serve with boiled rice.
