Bonjour!

                                      Je m'appelle Luke Rae-Howard. J'ai treize ans, j'habite à Wan Chai dans la ville de Hong Kong. Je suis anglais et thaïlandais. Mon anniversaire est le seize mai. Mon sport préféré est le rugby. Mon collège s'appelle Island School. J'aime les chiens au lieu des chats. J'adore jouer aux jeux vidéo et console jeux vidéo. 

                                     Mon collège est blanc et bleu. Hong Kong a beaucoup de gens il y a sept millions. Hong Kong a beaucoup de grands immeubles. J'habite dans un appartement, mon appartement et énorme comparé aux autres. Il y a beaucoup de montagnes à Hong Kong. Comment est Martinique?

Gabriel Chan

Bonjour!

                        Je m’appelle Gabriel, et j’ai douze ans. Mon anniversaire est le huit décembre. J’ai une soeur et mes parents. Je suis un garçon, et j’habite à Hong Kong, dans le sud de la Chine. J’aime Hong Kong, parce que c’est interessant et amusant. J’aime les jeux electroniques, et les jeux de cartes. Par exemple, j’aime le Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim et le Magic: The Gathering. Mes nourritures préférées sont les nouilles et les pâtes. 

                      Mon collège est Island School, nous sommes dans le sud de Hong Kong. C’est un bâtiment blanc et grand. Il y a 1200 eleves. Le collège a beaucoup de professeurs amusants, et le collège est très beau. 

                      Je suis un garçon de Hong Kong. Mon père est né à Hong Kong, et ma mere est née à Wuhan dans la Chine continentale. J’adore les nourritures et la culture de Hong Kong.

Cécile

Hello! I'm Cecile, I'm 16 and I come from Martinique, a little island in the Caribbean.

As a lot of youngsters, I love being with my friends : the ones I've met in Acajou 1 or when I was younger. My best friend is called Séverine, she comes from China and she's lived in Martinique since she was 2 years old; we are not in the same high school but we are still friends. We often go out together.
I only have one sister. She is older than me, actually, she is 20 and she is studying in a business school.

For the moment, I don't know what I'll study after high school. Acajou 1 is the name of the high school I'm talking about; it's a little high school that I have chosen close to my home because I don't like to wake up early in the morning and it's calm. Uniforms are not complicated : dark jeans with a white polo-neck and for sport, a T-shirt written Acajou1 and shorts.

A lot of pupils in this high school will tell you that they love Acajou 1 because in our classrooms we have air-conditioning and it's really nice because  the sun is sometimes very hot outside.

So for me, I like my high school; a little bit small but nice. My favourite subjects are English, French and aerobics. Last year, my aerobics team and I, we reached the 4th level on 8 teams in the academic championship. We want to do better this year!

I also love animals. My grandmother lives in the North of the island, in Morne-Rouge, a little town close to the volcano "Mount Pelée", very famous after the eruption of 1902...

Laurence

Hello, I'm Laurence. I was born in France and I'm seventeen. My nationality is French.
I have two sisters. My hobbies are dancing and rugby. My favourite music is dancehall and zouk.
I prefer English to the other subjects. I like travelling; I travelled around St-Lucia, Dominica and St-Martin. I lived in France but now I live in Martinique. My favourite TV channels are MTV, NRJ 12 and June because I like their programmes. I like listening to the radio, especially St-Lucian radio which broadcasts my favourite music.

Alexandra

My name is Alexandra, I'm 15 years old and I'm in fifth form, which is 'Seconde' in French.
In this short text, I'll introduce myself.
I live in Lamentin, Martinique. I study at lycée Acajou 1.
This lycée is small but well-equipped. In general, the subjects that we practice please me like Maths, Physics-Chemistry, physical Education and languages. When I was first shown around the lycée, the buildings and the classrooms, I was a little scared of losing myself but now it's ok.
High school is a new step for me. The level is harder but I cling because later I want to study law : I 'd like to become a lawyer. Life is hard so I need a steady job.

My name is Marie-Anne, I'm 15. 
I'm living in Martinique. I have two brothers and no sister. I like to go on twitter and facebook to speak with my friends. I'm fond of tennis and billiards. I like to draw. My favourite subject is mathematics and I want to be an accountant. To do this job, I must study 8 years after the Bac and this job gives you a lot of money.
I like people who are looking good.
I have never visited the Sates.
If I were rich, I would give my money to homeless people.
I'm frightened of frogs. 
On Saturday, I usually clean my house.
I'd like to be more serious.
I'm not interested in fitness.
If I could be someone else, I would be Toussaint Louverture.
If i could visit a place, anywhere in the world, I would go to the States because it's beautiful.
